These movements are called an adjustment and they eliminate or reduce the subluxations. It involves the Chiropractor's gentle and painless application of direct pressure to the spine and joints. These adjustments restore the normal relationship between vertebrae. This eliminates the body's energy blocks and keeps life-sustaining energy flowing freely to the vital organs.
